Asking the accountholder or administrator for the login information

1. Ask the accountholder or a user with administrator privileges for the account ID and user ID.
2. If you’ve forgotten your password, ask that person to change it.

Resetting the password from the login screen

1. Click [If you’ve forgotten your password] on the login screen.
2. Enter the registered email address and click the [OK] button. (Your password will not yet be reset.)
3. You will receive an email with a URL for resetting the password.
4. The email includes your account ID and user ID.
5. If you’ve forgotten your password, click the URL in the email and reset the password.
