How can I restore access if I forget my login information (account ID, user ID, or password)?

First, ask the accountholder or administrator for the login information.
Asking the accountholder or administrator for the login information
- Ask the accountholder or a user with administrator privileges for the account ID and user ID.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, ask that person to change it.
Resetting the password from the login screen
- Click [If you’ve forgotten your password] on the login screen.
- Enter the registered email address and click the [OK] button. (Your password will not yet be reset.)
- You will receive an email with a URL for resetting the password.
- The email includes your account ID and user ID.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, click the URL in the email and reset the password.
