Network Requirements

• HTTPS:
  • The outgoing TCP:443 port to cloud.gennect.net and app.gennect.net must be open.
• MQTTS:
  • The outbound TCP port 443 to iot.cloud.gennect.net must be open.
  • TLS mutual authentication is allowed.
  • No TLS decryption is performed on the route (when permitting by domain specification, use of the TLS server name indication (SNI) permission rule is recommended).
• SSH(Receipt of remote control of measuring instruments):
  • The outbound TCP port 443 to cloud-relay.gennect.net must be open.

Can be checked by Trial users

Create a free Trial user to check HTTPS and MQTTS connectivity to GENNECT Cloud. SSH used for telemetry requires the paid GENNECT Cloud Standard plan or higher, so Trial users cannot check it.
