I transferred a file from the instrument using the file transfer (automatic) function, but it’s not showing up in GENNECT One.

It takes up to 7 minutes for the GENNECT One display to update due to the specifications of the Windows FTP server.

The GENNECT One file transfer (automatic) function uses the Windows FTP server function. The Windows FTP server updates information roughly once every 7 minutes.

Consequently, it may take up to about 7 minutes for files transferred from instruments to show up in the data list.
