How can I share a file with people who aren’t account users?

You can share a file by issuing a time-limited address (a file download URL) that allows non-users to download it.
What is a file download URL?
A file download URL is a URL (web address) for downloading one file from GENNECT Cloud.
Individuals who don’t have a GENNECT account can access the file’s download URL, allowing people to download the file without logging in.
For security reasons, file download URLs are subject to the following limitations:
- The URL is only valid for one hour.
- The URL can only be used to download one file.
How to share information using a file download URL
- Create a file download URL for one file as an account user.
- Copy the file download URL.
- Send the file download URL to the person with whom you wish to share the file, for example by email or via a chat app.
- Have the recipient click the file download URL.
- The file will start downloading in the recipient’s browser.
