License management

To use GENNECT Cloud, you must obtain a license plan.

A total of 3 license plans are available, two free and two paid.

GENNECT
Free (Free)	Free plan with limited functionality
Standard (Paid)	The Basic and Pro plans are paid plans that require a monthly payment.
Pro (Paid)	Enhances the Standard plan, for example with more storage space and registrable users. Can be linked to other systems using Web API.

Payment methods

Paid license plans for GENNECT Cloud require monthly payments.

License fees are charged by account. They are not charged by user.

For example, for the Basic plan, which allows up to 10 users per account, you can create up to 10 users when you pay for one license.

You can choose from two payment methods:

Payment using license cards	Purchase and register a license card to extend your license period. License periods can be extended up to a maximum of 13 months. License cards can be purchased from Hioki distributors.
Automatic ongoing payments (subscription)	Register a credit card to enable automatic monthly payments. The online payment company Stripe is used for credit card registration, management, and payment processing.

Automatic ongoing payments offer lower fees while avoiding the problem of forgotten payments.

Changing your license plan or payment method

You can change your license plan and payment method partway through a subscription.

This plan lets trial users try out GENNECT Cloud’s functionality for three months.
Users only need to register their email address.
If you change plans during the trial period, data created during the trial period will continue to be available for use.
