Where are files transferred using the file transfer (Auto) function saved?
Files are saved to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\HIOKI\GENNECT Cross\Data.
Changing the names of files managed by GENNECT One, moving them, or modifying the directory structure could cause GENNECT One to malfunction.
Detailed instructions for saving a file

When you transfer a file from an instrument using FTP, it will be saved in the following folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\HIOKI\HIOKI GENNECT Cross\FTP\hioki_one_ftp -
After a period of up to 7 minutes*, the file will be moved from the above folder to the following folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\HIOKI\GENNECT Cross\Data -
The file will be shown in GENNECT One’s data list.
*This delay is based on the specifications of the Windows FTP server function.
