Create a new free account


GENNECT Cloud is a cloud service that you can start for free.

By linking GENNECT Cloud with the free GENNECT One software for Windows PCs and the free GENNECT Cross application for smartphones/tablets, a telemetry system can be easily built and measurement data files can be shared.

To get started with GENNECT Cloud, you must create an account.

GENNECT Cloud accounts are available in three free/paid plans. This section explains how to create an account for the Free plan, which is a free plan.

Basic functions are available free of charge. To use a paid plan, you will need to change your plan, so you will not be charged automatically.

  1. Click the button below to go to the account creation page.
  1. Click on [Create New Account].

Step 1
Authenticating your email address

First, register your e-mail address.

  1. Enter "E-mail address".
  2. Click on [Obtain Authentication Code].
Enter your email address and click "Obtain Verification Code
  1. A 6-digit authentication code will be sent to the email address you entered.
  2. Enter the 6-digit authentication code in the input field, then click [Complete Authentication].
Enter the verification code and click "Complete Verification

Multiple users can use a single account. Users can share monitor values among themselves and share measurement data files stored in their accounts.

In this case, log in to your account and go to the Manage Users function and click [Register New User].

Step 2
Enter your account information

Once your email address has been verified, you will then register your account information.

  1. enter the following information. Fields shown in bold are required.
    • Accountholder information Country, Company Name, Name, Department, Title, Phone Number, Postal Code, State/prefecture or region, City, district, ward, town, or village, Address, Language, Time Zone, Language**
    • Login Information
      Accountholder’s user ID, Password
  2. Click on [Check registered content]. The personal information you enter will be managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Enter your account information and click "Confirm Registration".
  • Set the user ID to a string consisting of no more than 50 half-byte alphanumeric characters and symbols (hyphens and underscore characters).
  • Enter a password that is at least 8 characters in length. Passwords may include single-byte numerals, English uppercase letters, and English lowercase letters.

Step 3
Checking registered content

  1. Check the information you registered for errors.
  2. read the Terms of Use, Service Specifications, and Privacy Policy carefully, agree to the contents, and check the box.
  3. Click on [Create Account].
Review the registration details, Terms of Use, Service Specifications, and Privacy Policy, then click "Create Account".

Congratulations!!!

Two IDs and a password are required to log in to GENNECT Cloud.

  • account ID
  • user ID
  • (computer) password

We have also sent your login information to your registered e-mail address for your confirmation.
