Using GENNECT Cloud in China

GENNECT Cloud is available in China, but differs from use outside of China in the following ways

  • This is for use in China only. It is not possible to view measurement data or remotely control an account created in China from outside of China.
  • Please use GENNECT One or GENNECT Cross for data upload. GENNECT Remote gateway is not available in China.
  • It is not possible to upload measurement data from China to an account created outside of China.
  • WeChat can be used as the alarm notification destination. GENNECT Cross cannot be used.
  • We do not support the purchase of licenses by credit card or license card. When purchasing a license, please contact 日置(上海)测量技术有限公司 for a license quote.
