Setting system notifications

You can configure the service so that you receive notifications from the GENNECT Cloud system using [System notifications] on the system screen. There are several types of system notifications:

• License and expiration notifications
  These notifications are issued when you purchase a license, when you change license settings or payment methods,
  when your license expiration date is approaching, and when your license expires.
• Cloud storage space notifications
  These notifications are issued when the remaining cloud storage falls below 10%.
• Measurement data deletion notifications
  These notifications are issued when measured data exceeds the limit after the GENNECT Cloud license is changed
  to inform the user that data will be deleted after one month.
  If data is not deleted within one month, all measurement data will be deleted.
  Notifications are provided to warn of upcoming data deletion and to report deletion of data.

You can select to receive notifications by email address, Slack or GENNECT Cross.
You can register an email address that’s registered for a user or any other email address.
For GENNECT Cross, you can select a registered GENNECT Cross installation.
