Checking the system version

You can check the current version of the service and review release notes (which provide a history of updates).
The GENNECT Remote (In Japan only) gateway firmware checks the latest version via its mobile data connection when powered on and at 8:00 am daily. If a newer version is found, the device will automatically update its firmware.
Since the web application is always provided in the latest version, there’s no need for customers to upgrade it.
