Registering a Teams account as an alarm notification recipient

You can register a Teams account and then send notifications to that account when alarms occur.

Setting the incoming webhook

Click [Incoming Webhook] under [App]. Then click [Add to team].

Select the team or channel to which you wish to report alarms and click [Set connector].

Enter a name, click [Create], and copy the displayed webhook URL.

Registering the webhook URL with GENNECT Cloud

On the GENNECT Cloud alarm notification recipient screen, select [Teams] to add as a user-specified recipient, paste the copied URL in the text box, and click [Register].
